I truly want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return the item within 14 days of recieving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Items must be in original packaging, and must be unused. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded.  Return and new shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Most products are made to order.  Please allow up to a 2 week lead time from the time the order is placed before shipping.
